Here are some example itineraries and an idea of costs to give you a sense of what to expect. Rates vary according to the type of board (half-board or full board), the number of rental days (with sliding scale discounts) and the age of hikers (child rates). Full details are below.

Farm camping is available at the Frégère. Prices are per day. At each stage you will pay your board or overnight rate, as well as the donkey's board.

Arrival at Frégère Basse
Arrive by car, tour of the gîte, settle in, rest, free time, dinner in the garden.
Getting ready for the first departure
Breakfast with homemade jams. Meet the donkey. Hiking briefing and introduction to the donkeys. Set off with just your packed lunch.
Walk along the ridges - 9 or 12 km
First loop with a choice of two distances. Picnic lunch with ridge views. Return to the gîte, rest. Dinner in the garden.
Getting ready to set off on the trek
Breakfast with homemade jams. Instructions for loading the pack equipment. Hiking briefing and next stages explained. Set off with your belongings in bags carried by the donkey.
Stage to Pont de Burgen
Head towards the Pont de Burgen gîte. Picnic with a swim. Arrive at the gîte, tour and settle in. Swimming possible at the bridge (300 m). Dinner on the terrace, by the stream.
Return to the Frégère
Several possible routes. Picnic with a swim. Return to the Frégère. Arrive at the gîte, rest. Dinner in the garden.
End of stay
Breakfast in the garden, weather permitting. Pack up, depart. Then the hardest moment: saying goodbye to our companion and returning to everyday life. Head home with a heart full of memories.
